Meet the Team

Samantha is the "behind the scenes" person overseeing the agents.  She has been an agent since 2014 and was the primary agent for all properties until starting her own brokerage in 2020.  She has been able to shift her attention to working with the owners and running the business.  Samantha knows how important your investment is to you and will work with you to ensure all your management needs are fulfilled.  

Cory works with the day-to-day operations.  He has had his license since 2020 and has managed his own properties since 2013.  He works closely with tenants, both new and existing, to ensure all needs are being met on their end.  With helping perspective tenants find a home, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, or managing maintenance for all our properties, Cory is the go to guy for all your business needs.
