You will need to fill out an application. These are $35 per person and done through the app RentRedi. The $35 is for the background checks that are run through the site. You will need to text Cory at 717-994-3807 with your name, email address, and apartment you are interested in. Check your email for instructions on how to complete the application.
Congrats! You are one step closer. Next, we will set up an appointment to view the apartment in person to make sure it is what you want.
In order to move in to your new apartment, there are a few requirements needed. You will need to pay first month's rent and security deposit in full. Electricity must be turned on and in your name by the day of move-in. The lease will be signed and key handed over once everything is completed.
If you have one eviction on your record, we will rent to you but you must pay two security deposits. You will receive one of the deposits at the end of the first year of renting the apartment. If you have two or more evictions, we will not be able to approve your application.
As long as the owner of the property allows pets, then we do too! Typically we allow combinations of 2 cats, 1 cat & 1 dog, 2 small dogs, or 1 large dog. All animals must be approved prior to getting them for existing tenants or approved prior to lease signing for new tenants. If you have a dog on the banned dog list (for example: Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc.) you must have insurance on the dog that covers the owner of the property as well.
